Personal Training
A personal trainer is a professional who deals with the planning, prescription, development and monitoring of individualized physical exercise. At Queen's Center we have our own personal training service, carried out by graduates in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences.
We have a fully equipped personal training studio for your use, an outdoor grassy area with a roof and panoramic views and several outdoor areas that allow us endless possibilities.
At Queen's Centre, the personal training service offer will be grouped into 3 modalities. The type of training and the duration of the sessions will be determined by their objective and always at the discretion of the personal trainer.
Individual Personal Training (1:1)
It is characterized by the exclusive dedication given to the client. In this type of training, you will work under one or more specific objectives.
Personal Training in couples (1:2)
It is characterized by being a type of training that allows sessions with 2 people at the same time. In this type of training, you will work under a common or shared objective.
Training in Small Groups (1:3)
It is characterized by being a type of training that allows sessions to be carried out in small groups of 3 people. As in the case of personal training as a couple, you will work under a common or shared objective.

Body awareness and postural reeducation.
Physical-sports rehabilitation of injuries.
Specific training for the treatment of back pathologies.
Specific physical preparation (individual & team sports).
Preparation of physical tests (oppositions).
